The Winnebago County Health Department provides services designed to protect, promote and maintain the health of all Winnebago County residents. Services are organized to address three primary goals:

• IMPROVE THE LENGTH OF USEFUL LIFE
• REDUCE HEALTH DISPARITIES
• ASSURE ACCESS TO PREVENTIVE HEALTH SERVICES FOR EVERY PERSON IN WINNEBAGO COUNTY
