10.01 Notice Required
Written notice of the hearing of all motions shall be served on to all parties who have appeared and have not been found by the court to be in default and to all parties whose time to appear has not expired on the date of notice. Written notice is not required when the court has set the hearing in the presence of a party or counsel.
The title of each motion shall indicate the relief sought and, if applicable, section of the Code of Civil Procedure, Supreme Court Rule, or Local Rule relied upon.
