10.04.01 Setting Motions (Boone County) Contested and uncontested motions may be scheduled by a telephone call (815-544-0371) to the circuit clerk's office. However, no motion will be placed on the trial judge's hearing calendar by the circuit clerk unless said motion and notice of motion has been received by the clerk before 3:00 P.M. two (2) days preceding the proposed hearing date.
