10.05 Failure to Call Motion for Hearing The burden of setting a motion for hearing in a civil case is on the party making the motion. If a setting for hearing is not obtained by the moving party within ninety (90) days from the date it is filed, the court may deem the motion withdraw and deny the relief requested with or without prejudice.
