14.02 Financial Affidavit
In proceedings with a non-minor child's request for post high school educational expenses (750 ILCS 5/513), this procedure shall be followed using a Financial Affidavit for Non-minor Child substantially as set forth in
Appendix U.
The requirements of this rule may be waived by agreement of the court and all
parties of record
In all contested proceedings concerning attorneys' fees, court costs, maintenance, support, and/or modification of any orders relating thereto, each party shall serve on the other, pursuant to Supreme Court Rules or these rules, a Financial Affidavit, substantially as set forth in
Appendix O, prior to any temporary hearing or within 90 days of the filing of the original pleading.
