15.02    Appraisal of Real and Chattel Property

No real or personal property shall be sold or transferred by order of court at public or private sale during the claim period, unless prior thereto:

  1. the same shall have been appraised by a disinterested appraiser or appraisers, appointed or approved by the court; or

  2. appraisal is excused by the court.
