15.06 Sale of Ward's Property Notice of a Petition for Sale of a ward's personal or real property shall be given to the ward and to the guardian ad litem. If the court or guardian ad litem deems it necessary, the guardian ad litem shall personally interview the ward with regard to the proposed sale. A report of the guardian ad litem's recommendation regarding the proposed sale shall be made to the court in person or in writing.
