15.07 Proof of Disability A certified social worker, nurse, psychologist, physician, or other individual experienced in the evaluation and treatment of disabled adults shall present testimony as to the nature and extent of the respondent's disability, unless such testimony is waived by the guardian ad litem and excused by the court.
