15.13    Final Settlement of Guardian of the Estate with Ward

  1. The guardian, seeking to be discharged, shall give notice at least ten (10) days prior to the date of such intended application:

    1. To all unpaid claimants;

    2. To the heirs at law of a deceased minor or disabled person or to any known acting administrator or executor of the deceased's estate;

    3. To the minor or disabled person in the event the guardianship is being terminated;

    4. To a guardian ad litem of the minor or disabled person who shall be appointed by the court to review the accounting of the guardian, unless excused by order of the court; and

    5. To any successor guardian.
