2.03 Judicial Meetings
The circuit judges of the 17th judicial circuit shall meet on an as needed basis on notice at a time and place designated by the chief judge. The associate judges of the 17th judicial circuit shall meet at least once per month on notice at a time and place designated by the presiding judge of the county division. Special meetings may be called at anytime by the chief judge, or by any two circuit judges, upon three (3) days notice in writing to all circuit judges. which notice shall state the business to come before such meeting. At the discretion and call of the chief judge there may be a meeting of all circuit and associate judges.
